8. Wondama Bay Regency (BPEC Wondama Bay)

9. Manokwari Regency (BPEC Manokwari)

10. Sorong district (BPEC Malamoi)

11. South Sorong district (BPEC Teminabuan)

12. Raja Ampat Regency (BPEC Raja Ampat)

13. Merauke district (BPEC Merauke)

14. Maybrat district (BPEC Maybrat)

2. Clean Water Training

Clean Water Training has so far been implemented in several cities including: Nabire Regency, Biak Regency, Waropen Regency, Jayapura Regency, Jayapura City and Mappi Regency. This program will continue throughout the Land of Papua, especially to areas whose clean water sources depend on rainwater.

3. Vocational Training Program

Vocational training on tourism & hospitality management in 2023 will be held in Biak Numfor Regency and Sorong Regency. There is a possibility to open this program in Nabire Regency to cover the Central Papua Province area.

4. Health

Health promotion related to balanced nutrition to reduce stunting by utilising local food focuses on Nabire District.

5. Australia Papua Cultural Exchange Program (APCEP)

Every year Yayasan Mutiara Hitam Papua (YMHP) together with Black Pearl Network Australia will select and send 2 OAP course participants to study for 3 months at Milner International College of English Australia. This program aims to improve English language skills and abilities while learning about Australian culture.
